About the Role

L'empire Builders & Interiors is seeking an experienced and proactive HR Professional to manage our growing team in Kochi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, and HR policies, ensuring a smooth and people-friendly work culture across office and project sites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment: job postings, shortlisting, interviews, onboarding.
  • Maintain employee records, contracts, and compliance documentation.
  • Coordinate payroll processing, attendance, and leave management.
  • Handle employee grievances, conflict resolution, and workplace issues.
  • Plan and execute training programs, team-building activities, and performance reviews.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws, ESI, PF, and statutory requirements.
  • Support management in creating HR policies and maintaining work culture.
  • Act as a communication bridge between management and employees (office + site).

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–3 years of HR experience, preferably in construction, real estate, or project-based industries.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment, payroll, and labour law compliance.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam.
  • Good interpersonal skills with a people-oriented approach.
  • Ability to handle multiple teams (office staff, engineers, site workers).
