Roles & Responsibilities:Conduct 1:1 live online classes for studentsTeach IGCSE, GCSE, CCS & IB High School curriculaAssist students with assignments and projects, especially in MathConvert trial classes into paid enrollmentsTrack and report student progress and feedback

Time CommitmentTutors are expected to commit to the tutoring schedule that is agreed upon.There is a minimum requirement of

24 hours per week

of tutoring, and flexibility during peak periods (e.g., exam seasons) is appreciated.

PricingDay Shift Upto K10 - Rs.350/Per HourNight Shift Upto K10 - Rs.450/Per HourDay Shift for K11 & K12 - Rs.450/Per HourNight Shift for K11 & K12 - Rs.550/Per HourKindly Note:

Classes taken from 11pm - 8am is considered as night shift and Classes taken from 8am - 11pm is considered as day shift

Training & OnboardingYou will be required to complete the Mentor Match training program prior to starting any sessions. During this training, you will be introduced to:Conducting Demo and Paid ClassesThe platform (LMS) used for scheduling and managing sessions.Techniques for effective online teaching and engaging students.Customer Success reporting requirements, including session feedback and progress reports.
