Role : Technical Project Manager.

Location : Bengaluru.

Our Technical Project Manager is responsible for the management of PLM system integration projects. This position works with a team of motivated engineers to plan software releases that adhere to customer requirements within business-acceptable timeframes. The ideal candidate will be an expert at managing multiple projects with focus on reviewing requirements, software designs and test plans.

Required Knowledge and Skills :

- Experience in PLM/Integration projects.

- Ability to assist in capturing the requirements and detailing requirements from customer interactions.

- Ability to work with the development teams in defining the use cases,test cases and arrive at project estimation, risks and mitigation plans.

- Ability to quickly configure and conduct business demo and define requirements and data model is important.

- Candidate will be responsible for providing solutions and working hands on with the team in implementation of the solutions.

- Ability to identify and debug software performance-specific issues.

- Mentor team members and assure Design and Coding Standards are followed by participating in code reviews.

- Learn the architecture of the platform and assure that the architecture is maintained as features are added to the system.

- Proficient in Object Oriented Analysis, Design, Development and applying design patterns to software engineering challenges.

- Assist in validation of the requirements and user acceptance testing.

Desired Skills :


- Good business process knowledge in PLM.


- Experience in IT industry and should have played the role of technical lead in developing solutions based on Teamcenter/Windchill/Enoviaor other PLM systems.

- Preferable to have done large end to end implementation of PLM system and bring best practices to the table.

- Preferable to have experience in data migrations and developing integrations from a PLM system to other systems upstream and downstream applications.

- Web design and content management systems.

- Experience supporting individuals and teams remotely with a variety of backgrounds and skills required.

Education :


- Bachelors or master's degree in computer science, Mechanical Engineering or similar.


- 10+ years of professional software development experience.

Company :


- We executes several different projects in Product development domains and PLM system integrations projects.

- We executes projects in multiple PLM/CAD systems in model based enterprise, supply chain, digital thread and digital manufacturing domains.
