Our company works with existing customers who actively integrate with our APIs and require ongoing technical assistance through our dedicated Slack support channel.Position SummaryThis role involves providing technical support and guidance to customers integrating with our APIs, with a focus on the Coinflow platform ( The ideal candidate will serve as the primary technical point of contact, helping customers troubleshoot integration issues and providing step-by-step guidance for successful implementation.Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical SupportProvide real-time technical assistance to customers via Slack channelAnalyze and debug API integration issuesOffer clear, actionable solutions and implementation guidanceReview customer code and provide optimization recommendationsCreate and maintain troubleshooting documentationCustomer CommunicationRespond promptly to customer inquiries in the Slack support channelExplain complex technical concepts in accessible termsProvide step-by-step implementation guidanceEscalate complex issues to appropriate team members when necessaryDocumentation & Knowledge ManagementMaintain up-to-date integration guides and FAQsDocument common issues and their solutionsContribute to API documentation improvementsCreate video tutorials and walkthroughs as neededPreferred SkillsExperience withpayment gateways Integration(e.g., Stripe, Razorpay, Pay Pal , etc.)Understanding ofcryptocurrency fundamentals(Bitcoin, Ethereum, stablecoins)Understanding of Payment Methods such as - USDC, Push-to-Card, ACH Transfer, Sepa, Pix, digital wallets (Venmo, Apple Pay, Google Pay), 3 DS CardsKnowledge of Chargeback protection and fraud prevention strategiesRequired QualificationsTechnical SkillsStrong understanding of API integration concepts and best practicesExperience with RESTful APIs and webhook implementationsProficiency in debugging API calls and response handlingKnowledge of common programming languages (Java Script, Python, etc.)Understanding of authentication methods (API keys, OAuth, etc.)Experience with payment processing APIs (preferred)Communication SkillsExcellent written communication skillsAbility to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical usersExperience providing customer support in chat/messaging environmentsStrong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilitiesExperience Requirements2+ years of experience in technical support or API integrationPrevious experience with customer-facing technical rolesFamiliarity with Slack or similar collaboration platformsExperience with financial technology or payment processing (preferred)Work Schedule & CoverageCoverage Requirements: 24-hour support coverage requiredTime Zones: Must be available during Indian business hours with flexibility for extended coverageAvailability: Immediate start preferredWork Environment: Remote-friendlyWhat We OfferCompetitive salary commensurate with experienceFlexible working arrangementsOpportunity to work with cutting-edge payment technologyProfessional development and learning opportunities
