  • 4 years of Experience working on Pega SM (Decision Managemen t )
  • Pega Decisioning is Mandatory
  • Design and develop decisioning Strategies.
  • Manage Proposition/Offer matrix.
  • Design and manage ADM and predictive models.
  • Develop Next Best Action Strategies.
  • Responsible for development of agile stories as indicated by the lead.
  • Responsible for making sure the changes are deployed successfully to higher environments.
  • Work closely with QA team to ensure all changes are tested properly.
  • Act as a mentor to junior resources.
  • Job Requirements
  • As a PEGA Decisioning Consultant you will need to be highly detail-oriented and organized with excellent analytic and problem-solving abilities. It is also important that have excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Four or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience with Pega PRPC technologies.
  • Experience on the ADM and predictive models.
