Requirements

· Proven experience as a Field Sales or similar role.

· Strong background in sales of AAC Blocks, Construction materials, civil industry.

· Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

· Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.

· Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Proactive and self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed.

· Willingness to travel frequently.

· Strong organizational and time management skills.

· Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

· Knowledge of market research and sales strategies.

· Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

· Ability to handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively.

· Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs.

Job location: Coimbatore, Trichy, Salem, Tiruvannamalai, Vellore

Experience: 1+years exp in AAC Blocks, Construction materials, civil industry.

Graduation: must be a graduate (any degree)

Languages: Tamil & English, hindi(optional)
