We are hiring for the below role:Experience - 8+ Years

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Ansible Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-grade automation solutions. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of the Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform and strong expertise in infrastructure automation, configuration management, and DevOps practices. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders, designing scalable automation frameworks, and ensuring seamless integration with existing systems. Automation Design and Architecture: • Design and architect scalable, resilient, and secure automation frameworks using Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform. • Define and standardize playbooks, roles, and reusable automation components for enterprise-wide use. • Develop end-to-end automation solutions for infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and application deployment. Technical Leadership: • Provide technical leadership and mentoring to the automation development team. • Establish best practices, coding standards, and governance for Ansible playbooks and roles. • Lead troubleshooting efforts and root cause analysis for automation-related issues. Integration and Strategy: • Integrate Ansible Automation Platform with CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms, and IT service management tools. • Collaborate with DevOps, Cloud, and IT teams to align automation initiatives with business goals. • Evaluate and recommend new tools and technologies to enhance automation capabilities. Operational Excellence: • Ensure high availability and performance of the automation platform by implementing monitoring and alerting mechanisms. • Regularly review and optimize existing automation scripts for performance, security, and maintainability. • Document architecture, workflows, and operational procedures for knowledge sharing.
