iQuanta is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing payroll, taxes, MIS reports, accounting, and financial reconciliations. This role also involves auditing, drafting agreements, and managing timely filing for the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and process company payroll, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
Handle tax-related activities, including filing and tax audits.
Prepare and analyze Management Information System (MIS) reports for decision-making.
Perform daily accounting tasks such as general ledger entries, and account reconciliations.
Conduct financial reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial data.
Support internal and external auditing processes.
Draft, review, and manage financial and business agreements.
Ensure timely filing of financial documents, including tax returns and regulatory filings.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Proven experience in accounting, payroll management, taxes, and reconciliation.
Strong understanding of MIS reporting and auditing processes.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office.
Good communication and drafting skills for agreements.
Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
