Job Overview


We are seeking a talented and experienced Software Engineer to join our team at Visa Answer Overseas Education Consultants. As a Software Engineer, you will play a key role in the development and implementation of our software solutions. This is a mid-level position, requiring 4 to 6 years of experience. The job is located in Bangalore Urban, Karnataka, India.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 4 to 6 years of experience in software development, with a focus on web or mobile applications.
  • Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages, such as Java, C++, Python, or JavaScript.
  • Experience with front-end development frameworks, such as React or Angular.
  • Knowledge of database technologies, such as SQL and NoSQL.
  • Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git.
  • Ability to work in an Agile development environment, following Scrum or Kanban methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Design, develop, and implement high-quality software solutions that meet the needs of our clients and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, analyze user needs, and translate them into scalable and robust software solutions.
  • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, following best practices and coding standards.
  • Perform unit testing and debugging of software applications to ensure quality and reliability.
  • Work closely with stakeholders, including project managers, product owners, and other developers, to deliver software solutions on time and within budget.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and continuously improve your technical skills.
  • Contribute to the documentation of software design, architecture, and technical specifications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and issues, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
  • Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and suggestions for improvement.
