Title: Marketing and Sales Support


Job type: Full Time (Work from Office)

Experience: 2-4 years

Responsibilities:

· Marketing Campaigns: Support the planning, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns in alignment with company strategic goals.

· Sales Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to provide marketing materials and support for client presentations and proposals.

· Lead Generation: Assist in generating and nurturing leads for the sales team through various marketing channels.

· Market Research: Conduct competitive market analysis and research to identify market trends and potential opportunities for growth.

· Content Creation: Help create content for digital marketing, including blog posts, social media, and email campaigns.

· Event Coordination: Support the organization and execution of virtual and in-person events, including webinars and trade shows.

· Campaign Performance Monitoring: Monitor campaign and sales performance metrics to measure progress and identify areas for improvement.

· Customer Insights: Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve brand standing and inform future marketing strategies.

· Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks related to marketing and sales, such as managing databases and preparing reports.

· Social media: Manage and maintain social media accounts, including posting content and responding to customer inquiries.

· SEO and SMO: Optimize website and social media platforms using Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Social Media Optimization (SMO) strategies to improve online visibility and engagement.

Skills and Qualifications:

· Experience: 8 - 10 years of experience in marketing or sales support.

· Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present ideas effectively.

· Organization: Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.

· Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

· Self-Motivation: Self-motivated and proactive in taking on new projects and responsibilities.

· Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
