Role Overview We are seeking a Founder’s Office Associate to work directly with the CEO , driving strategic initiatives, business operations, and high-impact projects across the organization. This is a prestigious and critical role — ideal for someone who combines strong analytical acumen , strategic thinking , and execution excellence . You will act as a force multiplier for the CEO, ensuring alignment, efficiency, and follow-through across all key initiatives. Key Responsibilities Strategic Projects & Execution: Drive and monitor cross-functional projects aligned with company objectives. Ensure timely execution and delivery of high-impact outcomes. CEO Office Support: Assist and support the CEO in daily operations, organizing meetings, preparing decks and reports, handling emails, travel planning, and ensuring smooth workflow management. Business & Data Analysis: Conduct data-driven analysis, market research, and financial modeling to support strategic decision-making. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with OEMs, consultants, investors, and internal teams to enable collaboration and business growth. Operations & Planning: Streamline processes, improve execution efficiency, and optimize workflows for scalability. Investor & Board Engagement: Prepare board presentations, investor decks, and business strategy documents with precision and clarity. Leadership Support: Represent the CEO’s office in select internal or external meetings, ensuring follow-ups and accountability. Required Skills & Qualifications Educational Excellence: B. Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or Computer Science from a Tier-1 college (IITs, NITs, BITS, etc.) . An MBA is an added advantage. Academic Strength: Consistent academic excellence and strong foundation in mathematics, science, and logic . Analytical Mindset: High mathematical and statistical aptitude with strong reasoning ability and problem-solving skills. Competitive Edge: High scores in Olympiads (Maths or Science) or proven excellence in logical and analytical competitions is a strong plus. Hands-On Experience: Exposure to consulting, OEMs , or participation in Formula Bharat / technical festivals / lead projects demonstrating leadership and execution ability. Technical & Business Skills: Proficiency in Excel, Power Point , and data analytics tools ; ability to design compelling decks and reports . Professional Skills: Exceptional communication, organization, and multitasking capabilities. Ability to handle confidential information , plan CEO’s schedule , and coordinate strategic tasks efficiently.
