urgent openingestimation engineer(in static process equipment) (engineering equipment manufacturing company)job location: badlapur, navi mumbaiworking days: monday to saturday education: bachelors degree in mech/chem/ or diploma in mech,/chem experience: minimum 5 years of experience in cost estimation or proposal engineering in pressure equipment, static equipments or heavy engineering sectors. key responsibilities1. estimation, design and costing prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates, boqs, and budgets for projects involving pressure vessels, heat exchangers, and storage tanks. 2. techno-commercial proposals develop comprehensive techno-commercial proposals for bids and tenders, ensuring alignment with client specifications and project feasibility. 3. codes, standards & compliance ensure all estimations comply with relevant industry codes such as asme section viii, asme section ix, api 650, and tema standards. 4. coordination & communication interface with clients, vendors, internal design teams, and project managers to gather inputs and present proposals. 5. documentation & reporting maintain estimation logs, cost databases, and proposal archives for internal reference and audits. 6. client negotiation 7. inquiry generation 8. cost estimation software technical skills: strong technical understanding of pressure vessels, heat exchangers, and storage tanks. proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and p&ids. familiarity with design tools like pvelite and autocad (for understanding and cost alignment). deep knowledge of asme, api, and tema standards and their implications on cost.Experience 5 - 7 Years No. of Openings 4 Education B.E, B.Tech Role Estimation Engineer Industry Type Manufacturing / Production / Quality Gender Male Job Country India Type of Job Full Time Work Location Type Work from Office
