Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and digitally savvy Senior Executive in Business Development to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in expanding our digital footprint, enhancing customer engagement, and driving lead generation through targeted marketing initiatives. This role involves identifying potential clients, developing compelling content for various platforms, and maintaining the organization’s online presence according to the latest industry practices.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Prospect Identification and Lead Generation
- Identify and target prospective customers within specified industries through detailed market analysis and industry research.
- Develop and implement strategies to reach potential clients via digital channels, leveraging SEO, social media, and email marketing.
2. Content Creation and Optimization
- Create and optimize content for the company website, ensuring high engagement and alignment with customer needs.
- Design content strategies for social media platforms to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead conversion.
- Regularly update and refresh website content to maintain relevance and ensure SEO best practices are followed.
3. Website and Digital Presence Management
- Manage the organization's website, ensuring it is user-friendly, functional, and aligned with the latest digital marketing trends.
- Monitor website analytics to identify trends and make data-driven decisions for performance improvement.
- Collaborate with IT and design teams to troubleshoot issues, implement updates, and improve site performance.
4. Presentation Development
- Prepare and customize PowerPoint presentations tailored to specific industries, showcasing products, services, and solutions to potential clients.
- Conduct competitor analysis to highlight unique selling propositions (USPs) and develop persuasive presentations that drive engagement and sales.
5. Data Analysis and Reporting
- Track, analyze, and report on key metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness, optimize marketing strategies, and drive continuous improvement.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports summarizing digital marketing efforts, lead generation, and other relevant KPIs.
6. Collaboration and Cross-functional Engagement
- Work closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure a cohesive approach to business development.
- Participate in team meetings, brainstorm sessions, and cross-functional projects to support the company’s growth objectives.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
Graduate with a strong focus on Digital Marketing, proficient in PowerPoint and Excel.
Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and practices.
Proficiency in content management, social media strategies, and SEO.
Excellent presentation skills with advanced knowledge of PowerPoint.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders effectively.
