As a Senior Executive – Student Life, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing non-academic student life activities on campus, ensuring students have an enriching and fulfilling university experienceEducation & ExperienceEducation: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Student Affairs, Education, Event Management, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in student engagement, event management, or institutional activities coordination.Prior experience working with educational institutions or student life departments will be preferred.Required Skills :Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.Excellent communication skills in English ( Oral & written)Collaborative mindset with the ability to work in a dynamic campus environment.Experience using data to drive student-involved program developmentExperience working with youth and passionate about enhancing student experiences.Roles and ResponsibilitiesLead the planning, coordination, and execution of diverse events and programs designed to enhance the student experience, promote campus engagement, and foster a sense of community.Organize activities such as orientation programs, cultural festivals, workshops, and other co-curricular initiatives.Manage event logistics, including venue arrangements, budgeting, vendor coordination, and ensuring compliance with campus policies and regulations.Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to various student clubs and organizations, enabling them to plan and execute successful activities and initiatives.Advise club leaders, facilitate meetings, and assist in resource allocation for club events and projects.Ensure the timely submission of event reports, bills, and documentation by all student clubs.Manage the implementation of student orientation programmes within the campus with the aim to familiarize new students with the campus.Plan, coordinate, and execute events in full compliance with directives issued by regulatory bodies such as the University Grants Commission (UGC) and the All-India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). Support with the development and implementation of Student Life policies, procedures and processes and monitor compliance of subordinates.Support with the development and analysis of system-wide student surveys to identify room for improvement.Serve as an active member in various statutory compliance committees related to student welfare, safety, and institutional governance.
