We are now expanding our focus on enhancing in-store customer experiences through our GRM (Guest Relationship Management) solutions. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Guest Relations Manager with a strong sales background to join our team.
Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Client Interaction and Engagement:
Greet and assist clients as they enter the store, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
Engage with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and expectations.
Provide detailed information about our products and services, including AV, automation, and BMS solutions.
Sales and Service:
Leverage sales expertise to recommend and upsell appropriate products and solutions based on client needs.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits and features of our offerings.
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any questions or concerns.
Customer Experience Management:
Implement and oversee in-store guest relationship management strategies to enhance the overall client experience.
Monitor client feedback and collaborate with the team to continuously improve service quality and client satisfaction.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Store Operations and Coordination:
Work closely with the sales and technical teams to ensure smooth store operations and timely service delivery.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the store is well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing.
Assist in organizing in-store events, promotions, and product launches to attract and engage clients.
Training and Development:
Train and mentor store staff on best practices for client interaction, product knowledge, and sales techniques.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to provide clients with the latest information and recommendations.
Qualifications:
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or customer service, preferably within the AV, automation, or BMS industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and providing exceptional customer service.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build relationships with clients.
Strong sales acumen with the ability to understand and recommend complex technical solutions.
Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive client experience.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and other customer management tools.
