  • Day to day site work monitoring /checking /approval of activities in line with checklists. Managing Updating of cube registers, testing in in-house lab.
  • Knowledge and Inspection of finishing activities, method statement, and SOPs. Checklist/Pour cards.
  • Identification of quality observations/NCs and closing in coordination with Quality Executives. Site Physical verification of Observations /NCRS and timely closure and reports
  • Strictly monitor post-concrete actions at site. Close watch on procedures being followed. Concrete quality checks & sampling, testing, and witnessing in coordination with site team/RMC Team.
  • Generation of NCRs & Observations, follow up for early closure with compliances.
  • Knowledge and Control of all ISO/IMS process and Documents (ISO listed documents and updating).
  • Assisting Reporting QAQC Head for conducting internal audits for preparations.
  • Candidate should be aware of Indian std codes and its use in the field.
  • Candidate should have strong communication skills through messages and email.
