You will report to the Director ofMarketing, work closely with the broader Marketing team, andpartner with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams.Location : India Mumbai (preferred)/ Bangalore (optional)

RemoteIn this role, you willSupport campaigns to drive outcomes, acting as back-end Support for all marketing content and brandingBe responsible for the day-to-day art and design of content and web teamsBe responsible for pairing the best design with the best content to generate marketing actionWrite and design unique and well-crafted copy that aligns with the marketing requirementsBring innovative thinking and lead the creative strategy for marketing campaignsHave a demonstrable understanding of design concepts, including layout, composition, typography, and colour, and a thorough knowledge of preparing clean, print-ready mechanical files; Professional web and email design and development experience is requiredHave a thorough understanding of website and mobile design, including basic usability, industry standards, navigation, and most importantly, customer experienceCreate and maintain consistent, high-level design standards across omnichannel executionsWork with analytics teams to understand what is working and not working and pivot creative direction as appropriateInitiate innovative ideas to enhance the brand experience and drive performance metrics including sales, conversion, and trafficHave demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and deliverablesThis is a team manager position with people management responsibilityIf you are right for this role, youHave 5+ years of experience in creative development and production; Bachelor’s degree in fine arts, graphic design or related creative discipline preferred.Have a demonstrated ability to develop concepts and deliver creative execution against strategic briefsHave skills in graphic design with a good sense of layout best practices; you have expert-level knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)Are an expert in digital design (social posts,

ads, landing pages, web design, etc.)Have a strong understanding of retail print, digital marketing, and e-commerce strategiesHave video editing and web development experience; preferredAre a captivating storyteller; you love to showcase your creativity and share your vision and big ideasAre a strong communicator; you effortlessly adapt to others' communication style, earning trust and buy-inAre a strong, decisive decision-maker
