Job Description

As a Consultant, your main responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

Financial analysis and valuation Financial modelling Market research Management of external advisors and partners Drafting of memoranda for internal and external use Partner internal team and with portfolio teams to engage in leasing, restructuring, refinancing and disposition strategies

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate should have:

1-3 years' relevant experience ideally gained from Real Estate, Finance, Consulting, Investment Banking or related industry Qualified Chartered Accountants Strong analytical and quantitative skills Excellent communication skills and people skills Self-sufficient/ability to work independently Excellent attention to detail Be a collaborative team player Strong time management skills with ability to multi-task
