role is only the beginningThe Senior Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) role is essential in the Delivery and Operations team, working with stakeholders in both business and engineering teams to ensure the effective delivery of supporting operational tasks, including incident, problem, and change management by the offshore team. The Senior SRE engineer will have a passion for testing, architecture, and observability and be able to design and develop new ops tools and explore new concepts. The senior SRE engineer is a hands-on technical person and will be the offshore team's primary technical contact and mentor junior team members.

What will you be expected to do?

Total experience : 8+ years

Requirements :

1. A minimum of 8 years' experience in the operation and Management of large-scale systems in a mission critical environment, in positions requiring the exercise of good technical judgment, proactive solution development complemented with a high level of customer service focus.2. Deep knowledge and hands-on experience of working in a 24 X 7 operations environment supporting mission-critical systems for external customers3. Experience exercising service management processes, incident management, problem management, change management etc.4. Demonstrated experience java development and building Ops monitoring tools.5. Demonstrated experience with relational database such as Mysql , Oracle, Postgres6. Experience with generating reports using large data sets7. Experience in an OSS (Operation support Systems Platforms. Understanding of the fulfilment environment, specifically in relation to Service Order Management, Service Inventory, Service Activation)
