Job Description Position: Fashion Designer Employment Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities 1.Design Development oCreate innovative and trend-setting designs for seasonal collections. oDevelop mood boards, sketches, and design concepts aligned with brand aesthetics. oSelect fabrics, embellishments, and trims for production. 2.Technical Design oPrepare detailed technical sketches and CAD designs. oWork closely with pattern makers and garment technicians to ensure accurate production. oOversee fittings and make necessary adjustments to designs. 3.Trend Analysis oResearch global fashion trends, colors, and fabrics to inspire new collections. oStay updated on competitors activities and market demands. 4.Collaboration and Coordination oCollaborate with marketing, merchandising, and production teams to align designs with business goals. oPresent design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback effectively. 5.Quality Assurance oEnsure the quality of finished garments meets brand standards. oMonitor production timelines and address any issues promptly. Qualifications Education: Bachelors degree in Fashion Design or a related field (preferred but not mandatory if complemented by strong experience). Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in fashion design, ideally within the preferred industries (e.g., apparel, textiles, luxury brands). Technical Skills: Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, CAD, Photoshop, and CLO 3D. Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing original designs and creativity. Share your CV on :
