Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The
ideal candidate will have 5 to 10 years of experience in the architecture, window hardware, facades, or
fenestration industry, with a proven track record of driving sales and establishing strong customer
relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the window hardware sector across India.
Build and maintain relationships with architects, builders, contractors, and other key stakeholders in the industry.
Provide product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions from our product range.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies.
Achieve sales targets and objectives within the assigned territory.
Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and other relevant documentation in a timely
manner.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
5 to 10 years of experience in sales, preferably in the window hardware, facades, or fenestration industry.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to travel extensively within India to meet clients and attend industry events.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
Self-motivated and committed with a results-oriented mindset.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
