About the Role

We are hiring
freelancers
to work on our
GenAI Code Initiatives
. This is a
hands-on coding role
where you will design, validate, and refine complex code that powers next-generation AI models.

Key Responsibilities

  • Code Generation & Refinement:
    Write, review, and optimize production-level code.
  • Code Validation:
    Build test frameworks, benchmarks, and evaluation pipelines for AI-generated code.
  • Quality & Security:
    Ensure correctness, scalability, and security of model and human-written code.
  • Collaboration:
    Work with engineering and research teams to drive innovation in AI-driven coding.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Education:
    B.Tech from Tier-1 institutions (IIT, NIT, BITS, DTU, NSIT, etc).
  • Experience:
    5+ years in software development (with strong coding portfolio).
  • Languages (strong in at least one):
    Python, Java, C, C++, JavaScript.
  • Code Evaluation:
    Automated testing, performance tuning, quality checks.
  • Preferred:
    GenAI/LLM familiarity, data analysis, SQL, JSON, HTML, Markdown.
