Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop scalable, reliable, and high-performance Java Spring Microservices solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define architecture, and implement solutions tailored to banking projects.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
  • Conduct code reviews, performance optimization, and troubleshooting to maintain the quality and integrity of the software.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends, applying them to enhance existing systems and processes.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements and solutions.
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement initiatives to streamline development processes and enhance productivity.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in Java development, with a focus on Spring Microservices.
  • Proven track record of architecting and implementing solutions for banking projects, including knowledge of banking domain concepts and regulations.
  • Expertise in designing and implementing RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud-native solutions.
  • Strong proficiency in database technologies such as SQL, NoSQL, and experience with ORM frameworks like Hibernate.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
