The ideal candidate should be proficient in Word Press architecture, custom theme and plugin development, and have expertise in managing multiple complex websites.Key Responsibilities:1. Word Press Development & Customization- Develop, customize, and maintain high-performing Word Press websites.- Create custom Word Press themes and plugins from scratch based on project requirements.- Ensure mobile responsiveness, cross-browser compatibility, and optimized user experience.2. Frontend & Backend Expertise- Implement pixel-perfect UI/UX designs using HTML5, CSS3, Java Script, and Bootstrap.- Integrate backend APIs, ensuring smooth data flow and functionality.- Customize Woo Commerce stores, payment gateways, and subscription models.3. Plugin & Theme Management- Modify and extend third-party plugins when required.- Maintain and troubleshoot Word Press themes and plugins to ensure site stability.4. Site Performance Optimization- Optimize website speed, security, and SEO performance.- Implement caching, CDN integration, and image optimization techniques.5. Database & Security Management- Manage My SQL databases and ensure data integrity.- Implement security best practices to protect websites from vulnerabilities.6. Client Communication & Project Coordination- Collaborate with the design, content, and development teams to meet project timelines.- Interact with clients to gather requirements and provide regular progress updates.Technical Skills Required:- Proficiency in PHP, HTML5, CSS3, Java Script, j Query, and Bootstrap.- Strong expertise in Word Press CMS architecture, custom themes, and plugins.- Experience with Woo Commerce and e-commerce integrations.- Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, and AJAX.- Knowledge of version control systems like Git.- Experience with website optimization, caching, and security protocols.
