Required Skills & Experience- 8–15 years of overall software development experience with a strong focus on Python.- Proven experience in developing production-grade backend systems.- Solid understanding of system design principles, scalability, and distributed systems.- Experience with microservices architecture and API-driven development.- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).- Exposure to frontend technologies, especially ReactJS, is an advantage (not mandatory).- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to articulate technical design decisions clearly.Key Responsibilities- Design and develop scalable, maintainable backend systems using Python and related frameworks (Django, Flask, or FastAPI).- Contribute to architecture discussions involving scalability, performance optimization, and fault tolerance.- Translate business requirements into high-level technical solutions and system design documents.- Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices and high-quality standards.- Collaborate with frontend and DevOps teams to integrate APIs and services effectively.- Contribute to defining service communication patterns and data flow between microservices.- Mentor and guide development teams on best practices in architecture and software design.
