Job description: We are seeking candidates with project management experience in the construction sector. A background in Civil Engineering, particularly with experience in building construction projects, is highly preferred. Candidates with MEP background shall also apply. Strong skills in project management and client coordination are essential, along with experience managing clients and familiarity with government procedures and related processes. Additional experience in business development and tender or bid submissions will be considered as an added advantage. Key responsibilities: Planning, scheduling and supervising the assigned projects across India. Conducting quantity surveys and data analysis Coordinating with sub consultants and conducting on-site supervision Willing to travel for business development, project meetings and site visits Supporting bid documentation and enter bid management process Ensuring project documentation (MoMs, client requirements etc) Reviewing project billing / invoicing as per targets and collection of payments from client. Requirements: Qualification : Bachelors in Civil, MBA in Project Management / Masters in Urban Design / Master of Tourism Administration Experience : 8 - 12 years
