Job Post : Senior/Lead MERN Stack Developer.

Experience : 5+ Years.

Location : Ahmedabad (WFO).

Responsibilities :

- Work as a Senior/Lead team member alongside other application developers.

- Participate in full-stack code and architecture reviews.

- Optimize system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.

- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.

- Maintain existing applications.

- Collaborate and guide other team members (developers, designers, project managers, etc.).

- Ensure code quality through thorough testing and debugging processes.

- Conduct code reviews and ensure continuous improvement in code quality of the team.

Requirements :

- 5+ years of relevant experience with the MERN stack.

- Good knowledge and understanding of object-oriented programming and SOLID principles.

- Excellent understanding of JavaScript.

- Excellent understanding of React & Node.js programming languages.

- Strong understanding of HTML/CSS and front-end frameworks (Bootstrap, Foundation, etc.) and CSS preprocessor scripting languages (LESS, SASS, SCSS, etc.).


- Experience developing client-facing modular applications using modern frameworks such as Vue, React, Angular, and an advanced demonstrable level of knowledge in Typescript and Javascript.

- Excellent understanding of MongoDB.

- Experience integrating with third parties via APIs.

- Experience managing source control using Git.

- Strong English verbal and written communication skills.

- Experience with SQL databases (MySQL & SQL Server) and caching solutions : Redis, Memcache.

- Experience with automation tools: Ansible, Jenkins, Vagrant/Docker.

- Must have experience with the Express framework.

- Strong problem solving skills and the ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues.

- Ability to manage a team and multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

- Excellent teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
