About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and driven
Senior HR Executive
to lead and manage key HR functions within our organization. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in HR operations, employee relations, and talent management, with the ability to contribute strategically to our growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Maintain HR records and prepare periodic reports for management

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of proven experience in Human Resources

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

Strong knowledge of HR policies, recruiting and Talent Management

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
