Digital Analyst

You will be responsible for:

Perform deep dive data analysis and reporting across marketing programs

Define and maintain all data and reporting needs, and ensures that best practices are followed.

Work with business, to understand data needs and contributes to provide a clear, homogeneous and coherent vision of the customers marketing data Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements, objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital marketing campaigns Have hands on experience of at least 4 years on Digital Analytics and pharma related business use cases Support digital analytics capabilities (dashboards and PPT reports ) across our web experience, data privacy and other digital tool

Understand how a client’s digital marketing data is used and provide recommendations on how to improve the available data

Liaison with client on a daily basis to understand the regular and adhoc reporting and digital analytics needs

Experience leveraging tools like Google Analytics, OneTrust, Tableau, Power BI

Basic understanding of Data Management lifecycle

Should have experience in creating


About you:

Minimum 4 years of experience as Digital analyst with good understanding of data from Digital platforms

Understanding of Digital channels and Marketing programs

Good knowledge of writing SQL queries Expert with basic MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point) Good communication skills Should have a functional understanding of cloud and on-premise databases and BI tools

Basic understanding of Marketing KPIs

Experience working in an onshore-offshore model with teams from different time zones and cultures

Good knowledge of Digital Platforms operating on marketing data. Preferred platforms Google Analytics, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, OneTrust
