We are looking for a candidate having a minimum of 6 and a maximum of 10 years of experience as IT Security Specialist for one of our NBFC clients in the Gurgaon location.
Role Description
We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Security Operations Specialist to support our CISO team in a regulated NBFC environment. This role is crucial for monitoring and responding to security events across platforms like DLP, SIEM, Microsoft Entra, Intune, and more.
A strong understanding of RBI cybersecurity guidelines for NBFCs is essential. While the role includes routine tasks, it also offers opportunities to solve complex security issues, improve processes, and grow into a leadership position.
You'll collaborate cross-functionally to ensure timely, SOP-driven responses aligned with regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Security Operations with hands-on expertise in DLP, SIEM, Microsoft Entra, Intune, and related tools.
- Strong knowledge of RBI cybersecurity guidelines for NBFCs, including the Risk-Based Cybersecurity Framework.
- Skilled in incident response, troubleshooting, and regulatory compliance reporting.
- Solid grasp of cybersecurity best practices, risk management, and standards like ISO/IEC 27001 .
- Strong analytical, decision-making, and communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally under pressure.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth in cybersecurity within the NBFC sector.
