The Quality Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining the quality

management system to meet the highest standards in mono cartons packaging Process. The candidate will

work collaboratively with production, operations, and other relevant departments to drive

continuous improvement in product quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

Job Description

  1. Develop, implement, and maintain quality control processes for packaging production.

  2. Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and certifications.

  3. Conduct internal audits and coordinate external audits.

  4. Collaborate with production and operations teams to identify opportunities for process

improvements.

  1. Implement corrective and preventive actions to address quality issues.

  2. Conduct regular inspections to ensure products meet specified quality standards.

  3. Co-ordinate with purchase team & ensure high-quality raw materials.

  4. Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.

  5. Implement measures to enhance customer satisfaction with product quality.

  6. Train and educate team members on quality standards and procedures.

  7. Foster a culture of quality consciousness among team members.

  8. Maintain accurate and comprehensive quality records.

  9. Prepare and present regular reports on quality metrics and performance.

  10. Stay updated on industry regulations and ensure company compliance.

  11. Work with regulatory bodies as needed.

Qualifications:

a. Bachelor degree with Quality Management certifications with 10 plus years of

experience in folding carton packaging industry.

b. Strong knowledge of offset printing processes and packaging materials.

c. Experience with relevant quality management systems (ISO 9001, etc.).

d. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

e. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

f. Proficient in using quality management software and tools will be added advantage. Role & responsibilities
