Job Description :

We are looking for a skilled SAP FI (Finance) Architect to join our team and take on the responsibility of designing, implementing, and maintaining SAP Finance solutions to meet our business requirements.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP FI modules, possess strong architectural skills, and demonstrate the ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities :

1. Lead the design and architecture of SAP FI solutions, including Financial Accounting (FI-AA), Financial Supply Chain Management (FSCM), Controlling (CO), and other related modules.

2. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into effective SAP FI solutions.

3. Provide expert guidance on SAP FI best practices, industry standards, and emerging trends to optimize business processes.

4. Develop functional specifications, configuration documents, and technical designs for SAP FI implementations and enhancements.

5. Work closely with developers, consultants, and business analysts to ensure the successful delivery of SAP FI projects within budget and timeline constraints.

6. Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge sharing activities to empower end-users and enhance their proficiency in SAP FI.

7. Perform system configuration, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure the stability and reliability of SAP FI solutions.

8. Collaborate with other SAP functional teams (e.g., SD, MM, PP) to ensure seamless integration and alignment of processes across modules.

9. Stay updated on the latest SAP technologies, features, and functionalities to drive continuous improvement and innovation in SAP FI solutions.

10. Support the implementation of SAP S/4HANA and migration projects, ensuring smooth transition and minimal disruption to business operations.

Qualifications :

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or related field, Master's degree preferred.

2. Minimum of 10 years of experience working with SAP FI modules in a consulting or in-house capacity.

3. Proven track record of leading SAP FI implementation projects from conception to completion, preferably in large-scale enterprises.

4. Deep understanding of SAP FI configuration, customization, and integration with other SAP modules and third-party systems.

5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

6. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

7. SAP certifications in FI/CO modules are highly desirable.

8. Experience with SAP S/4HANA and familiarity with cloud-based solutions is a plus.

9. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

10. Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
