Whatyou willdo:
Collaborate closely with the business team to comprehensively graspbusiness requirements and translate them into data scienceobjectives.
Design implement anddeploy machine learning models aimed at enhancing efficiency andprecision in areas such as demand forecasting resource optimizationand revenue optimization.
Conductdata analysis and modeling to identify opportunities foroptimization and automation.
Engage in seamless collaboration with crossfunctional teamsincluding software developers and product managers to seamlesslyintegrate datadriven solutions into our systems and
products.
Lead projects fromconceptualization to execution taking ownership of the entire datascience lifecycle and ensuring the delivery of highquality andimpactful outcomes.
Stay abreastof the latest advancements in machine learning optimizationtechniques and relevant domains.
Communicate complex technical concepts and findings effectively toboth technical and nontechnical stakeholders fostering a culture ofdatadriven decisionmaking across the
organization.
Mentor and guidejunior team members providing support and expertise in data sciencemethodologies and best practices.
Conduct research and experimentation to explore innovative datascience solutions that drive business growth and competitiveadvantage.
Act as a subjectmatter expert in data science providing insights andrecommendations to inform strategic decisionmaking and drivecontinuous improvementinitiatives.
Requirements Hold a Bachelors degree or higher in Applied Mathematics StatisticsComputer Science or a relatedfield.
Demonstrate 2 to 3 years of handson experience in industry orresearch lab settings with a focus on data sciencemethodologies.
Possess a deep understanding and practical expertise in machinelearning algorithms statistical methods and data analysistechniques.
Show a proven track record of conceptualizing developing anddelivering machine learningbased data products that have madesignificant impact on businessoutcomes.
Exhibit advanced proficiency in Python for data manipulationanalysis and modeldevelopment.
Have experience with distributed computing frameworks such as Sparkwith the ability to efficiently process largescaledatasets.
Showcase excellent communication and collaboration skills with theability to effectively convey complex technical concepts toboth
technical and nontechnicalstakeholders.
Previous experience in deep learning projects including thedevelopment and deployment of deep neural network models is highlydesirable.
Possess a background working in startup or productbasedconsumer/internet companies demonstrating adaptability and a drivefor innovation in dynamicenvironments.
