Technical Expertise 8+ years of software architecture experience with 3+ years in fintech or financial services Proven experience in mobile app architecture (i OS, Android, cross-platform solutions) with strong Kotlin expertise Strong background in web application architecture (React, Angular, Vue.js, Node.js,. NET, Java, Kotlin) Expertise in API design and microservices architecture (REST, Graph QL, g RPC) Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) Experience with databases (SQL, No SQL, time-series databases) Fintech Domain Knowledge Deep understanding of payment processing, digital wallets, and financial transaction flows Knowledge of banking APIs, Open Banking standards, and financial data aggregation Experience with cryptocurrency, blockchain, or De Fi technologies (preferred) Understanding of regulatory requirements in financial services Familiarity with financial data standards (ISO 20022, FIX protocol) Leadership & Communication Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring technical teams Excellent communication skills for presenting to both technical and non-technical audiences Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies Relevant certifications (AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect, TOGAF) preferred Preferred Qualifications Experience with real-time trading platforms or investment management systems Knowledge of machine learning and AI applications in fintech Experience with regulatory technology (Reg Tech) solutions Background in cybersecurity and risk management Experience with digital identity and fraud detection systems Previous experience in startups or high-growth technology companies Technical Skills: Mobile Development: i OS (Swift), Android (Kotlin/Java), React Native, Flutter, Xamarin Web Technologies: Java Script/Type Script, React, Angular, Vue.js, Node.js, Python, Java,.
