Position – SAP MM Consultant (SAP)Qualification –

Key Responsibilities:

Requirement Gathering and Analysis:Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and pain points.Conduct in-depth analysis of existing processes and identify areas for improvement.Elicit, clarify, and document business requirements.Business Requirement Document (BRD) and Functional Specification Document (FSD) Creation:Develop comprehensive BRDs and FSDs that clearly outline the system requirements, functional specifications, and technical specifications.Ensure that the documentation is accurate, concise, and easy to understand.SAP MM Configuration in S/4HANA:Configure SAP MM modules, including Purchasing, Inventory Management, and Material Master in the S/4HANA environment.Customize the system to meet specific business needs and optimize processes.Implement best practices and industry standards.Integration with Other Modules:Collaborate with other functional teams (PP, QM, PS , PM , FI) to ensure seamless integration and data flow between modules in the S/4HANA environment.Resolve integration issues and coordinate with technical teams.Testing and Quality Assurance:Participate in unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.Identify and resolve defects and issues.Ensure the quality and accuracy of the implementation.Go-Live and Post-Implementation Support:Support the go-live activities, including data migration, cut-over, and user training.Provide post-implementation support, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and user training.

Required Skills and Experience:Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP MM implementation and support, with a strong focus on S/4HANA.Deep understanding of SAP MM processes, including purchasing, inventory management, and material master.Proficiency in SAP MM configuration in S/4HANA, including master data, transaction codes, and workflows.Experience in integration with other SAP modules (PP, QM, FI , PM , PS ) in the S/4HANA environment.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Experience in various project methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).Knowledge of S/4HANA specific features and functionalities.
