KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the entire School functions in the respective campus.
  • Articulate a strategic vision for the school and the ability to lead and manage change to achieve that vision.
  • Promote and support the mission, vision, and direction of Global Schools Foundation
  • Develop, monitor, and review strategic plans and processes
  • Effectively take the School forward in a variety of internal and external forums.
  • Build and maintain effective collaborative partnerships within and external to the School to support the mission and objectives of the School, and foundation.
  • Have a strong sense of equity, fairness and ethics to ensure a safe, diverse and respectful working environment which supports high performance..



JOB REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Qualifications

Master’s degree in education or equivalent

Locations : Mumbai

Experience

12-15 Years of Senior Leadership experience.

In-depth knowledge and experience in IB PYP, MYP,IBDP.
