Recruitment Specialist Job Description

I. Position Overview

Recruitment Specialists are primarily responsible for the company's talent acquisition efforts, including communicating recruitment needs, managing recruitment channels, screening resumes, organizing interviews, and following up on offers. This ensures the company attracts, selects, and hires the right talent, supporting the achievement of the company's human resources strategy.

II. Key Responsibilities

Recruitment Needs Management

Communicate recruitment needs with hiring departments and develop recruitment plans and job descriptions.

Establish and update the talent pool in line with the company's development strategy.

Recruitment Channel Maintenance

Manage and expand recruitment channels (e.g., recruitment websites, headhunters, campus recruiting, social media, etc.).

Analyze the recruitment effectiveness of each channel and optimize resource allocation.

Recruitment Process Execution

Responsible for resume screening, initial phone screening, interview invitations, and interview scheduling.

Assist in organizing written tests, assessments, and multiple rounds of interviews to ensure a smooth process.

Follow up on candidate hiring, onboarding procedures, and probationary period monitoring.

Employer Brand Building

Participate in campus recruiting, information sessions, and job fairs to enhance the company's visibility and appeal.

Assist in promoting corporate culture and employer branding.

Recruitment Data Analysis

Regularly summarize recruitment data and analyze recruitment cycles, onboarding rates, and turnover rates.

Provide data support to inform HR optimization decisions.

III. Job Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in a HR or management-related field.

Work Experience: At least 1 year of relevant recruitment experience, preferably with industry experience.

Skills Required:

Familiarity with various recruitment channels and interview methods.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to select and evaluate candidates.

Proficient in office software and human resource management systems.

Personal Qualifications:

Interactive, with strong stress tolerance and a strong sense of responsibility.

Clear logic, results-oriented, and a strong team player.
