Position Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Recruiting Analyst to join our dynamic recruitment team. This role is designed for freshers who are enthusiastic about data-driven recruitment processes and eager to support talent acquisition strategies. Key Responsibilities: Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret recruitment metrics to support decision-making. Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various platforms to source and screen candidates for open positions. Recruitment Reporting: Prepare and maintain detailed reports on hiring metrics and trends. Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability. Process Optimization: Assist in identifying opportunities to improve recruitment efficiency and effectiveness. Collaboration: Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to meet staffing needs. ATS Management: Support the maintenance and updates of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Candidate Experience: Help enhance the overall candidate experience through timely communication and support. Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with organizational policies and legal standards. Innovation: Contribute fresh ideas and approaches to improve sourcing and recruitment strategies. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Excel and data visualization tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
