Requirements & Desired Profile


  1. B.Tech / MCA with 15-170 years experience managing IT Application Team
  2. Build and Lead IT Digital Transformation Journey for Mangal industries and its SBUs
  3. Drive IT Applications and Automation Projects for Amara Raja functions like Operations Sales and Marketing, Supply Chain, HR, Finance etc
  4. Drive Multiple Digitization and Automation Projects to drive Process automation across Products and Projects divisions
  5. Partner with various function Leaders to develop and drive an MIL IT Application Roadmap
  6. Identify and work with Vendor Teams to deliver solutions for ARG
  7. Experience in driving multiple Automation Projects using technologies like .NET, IIoT, Mobility
  8. Extensive experience in IT Application Program Management
  9. Hands-On Past Experience in developing applications in .NET, C#, Java, Phython and other Application development stacks
  10. Experience with developing .NET Applications, Mobile Apps, IIOT, RPA Preferred
  11. Experienced with Managing multiple vendors for Projects and Services
  12. Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making capabilities to meet the organizations developing needs and growth.
  13. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight periodic reporting deadlines.
