Respond promptly to guest requests and service calls. Qualifications: Graduate/Diploma in Hotel Management (preferred). 0–5 years housekeeping experience in luxury hotels/resorts. Strong attention to detail and high cleanliness standards. Ability to work independently and in a team. Good time management and interpersonal skills.
