Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Application Security DevOps Engineer with 4 to 6 years of experience to join our team. This is a full-time position based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the security of our applications and infrastructure, as well as implementing and maintaining DevOps practices.

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field4 to 6 years of experience in application security and DevOpsHands-on experience with industry-standard security tools and practicesStrong knowledge of secure coding principles and best practicesExperience with infrastructure as code (IaC) and configuration management toolsFamiliarity with cloud platforms and containerization technologiesUnderstanding of network security concepts and protocolsExcellent problem-solving and communication skillsAbility to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Roles and Responsibilities

Implement and oversee application security measures to protect our software and infrastructureConduct regular security assessments and vulnerability testingDevelop and maintain secure coding practices and standardsCollaborate with development and operations teams to identify and address security concernsDesign, implement, and maintain secure CI/CD pipelinesPerform threat modeling and risk assessmentsMonitor and respond to security incidentsStay up-to-date with the latest security standards, best practices, and technologiesContribute to the overall DevOps culture and advocate for security

Location: Bangalore or Chennai, IndiaNotice Period: 30 days or Immediate
