Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and communicative Recruitment Support Counselor to assist in the recruitment process. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and proficiency in the German language to effectively liaise with German-speaking candidates. The role involves coordinating with candidates, facilitating the interview process, and ensuring a smooth recruitment experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing clear information and updates.
  • Screen and shortlist German-speaking candidates based on job requirements.
  • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Assist in collecting and verifying candidate documentation and credentials.
  • Maintain organized records of candidate interactions and status updates.
  • Support onboarding procedures for selected candidates.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in German language (preferred not mandatory).
  • Prior experience in recruitment support or HR assistance is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information professionally.
  • Customer service-oriented mindset with a professional attitude.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with international or German-speaking candidates.
  • Knowledge of recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems.
