Finance & Accounts (F&A) R2R / P2P / O2C Location: Mumbai Experience: 5 to 15 Years Role Overview: We are hiring experienced Finance & Accounts professionals with strong expertise in Record to Report (R2R) , Procure to Pay (P2P) , or Order to Cash (O2C) processes. The role involves end-to-end ownership of accounting workflows, compliance, financial reporting, and stakeholder collaboration to support business operations effectively. Key Responsibilities R2R (Record to Report): Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities. Handle journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation. Ensure accurate general ledger accounting and adherence to accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS). Support audits, internal controls (SOX), and compliance requirements. Analyze financial data and provide insights to leadership. P2P (Procure to Pay): Oversee vendor onboarding, invoice processing, and payment cycle management. Ensure 3-way matching, PO compliance, and resolution of vendor queries. Monitor AP aging, expense processing, and cash flow planning. Implement process improvements to optimize AP operations. Ensure compliance with tax and statutory guidelines (GST/TDS where applicable). O2C (Order to Cash): Manage order processing, billing, collections, and cash application. Handle credit management and resolve customer billing issues. Monitor receivables, DSO performance, and dispute resolution. Ensure accurate revenue recognition in line with relevant accounting standards. Collaborate with sales, operations, and customers for smooth O2C cycle execution. Key Requirements Strong understanding of F&A processes: R2R, P2P, or O2C (expertise in any one or multiple). Experience working in shared services, corporate finance, or global finance environments. Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Netsuite, or similar). Good knowledge of accounting principles, financial controls, and statutory compliance. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Experience in process optimization, automation, or transformation (preferred). Education B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance / CA Inter / CMA Inter or equivalent qualification. Additional finance certifications are an added advantage.
