Quality Engineer

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that products meet quality standards and customer expectations, implementing quality control systems, and continuously improving processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards.
• Perform inspections and tests to ensure product quality.
• Analyze quality data and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues.
• Maintain and improve the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Conduct internal audits and support external audits (e.g., ISO 9001).
• Prepare reports and documentation for quality performance.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or related field.
• (2–5) years of experience in a quality engineering role.
• Strong knowledge of quality tools (e.g., 5S, Root Cause Analysis).
• Experience with ISO standards (ISO 9001, etc.).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
