The position will be responsible for vendor evaluation, reporting, reconciliation, monitoring and performance tracking for WU Digital Risk. The position will support research and resolve complex issues to improve customer experience and company financials. The position will work closely with various WU teams to support risk mitigation initiatives and issues. Role Responsibilities Prepare analysis and recommendations on risk mitigation products and processes. Monitor and analyze transaction activity for trends. Interact with other internal departments to formulate recommendations and actions. Create and/or enhance visibility to controls for products as required. Assist with ad-hoc data pulls/analyses to support internal and external customers. Build and track performance metrics and make enhancements to existing metrics and reports. Identify strategies needed to improve operational controls and increase organizational efficiency. Be tasked with "thinking out of the box" and creating clear recommendations on specific projects. Interaction with various groups around the globe, including becoming the SME for specific tasks. Evaluate effectiveness of currently employed risk mitigation tools for customer verification and fraud mitigation. Review and recommend new vendors and tools to complement current capabilities. Lead new risk vendor evaluations, integrations and testing Role Requirements 4+ years of relevant work experience, or equivalent Experience in fraud risk mitigation in the online/mobile/phone channel is a plus Advanced MSOffice skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) required Experience in writing database queries required Flexible and willing to take on different tasks as needed Strong communication and presentation skills Demonstrated results-oriented approach to work Individual initiative and experience working with teams to solve problems Ability to grasp new ideas and integrate quickly to deliver results  Ability to effectively communicate between business and information technology teams Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks independently Demonstrated ability to work effectively within and across teams will also have access to short-term incentives, multiple health insurance options, accident and life insurance, and access to best-in-class development platforms, to name a few().
