Job Description:

As a Lead Sorter at Furnishing Hope Junk Removal, you will play a pivotal role in processing and organizing of items recovered from our junk removal operations. You will ensure that every item is documented, sorted, cleaned, routed, and organized efficiently in our warehouse. This position offers significant career growth for individuals who are keen to develop their leadership skills and contribute positively to company culture.

Your Day-To-Day Activities:

● Sort, clean, route, and organize items efficiently within the warehouse.

● Develop and implement sorting systems to maximize productivity and space utilization.

● Work closely with warehouse management to ensure seamless operation and effective inventory control.

● Monitor the quality of incoming and outgoing goods to maintain high standards of quality control.

● Lead a team of sorters, providing supervision to ensure all team members are effective and engaged.

● Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed, fostering a collaborative work environment.

● Potential for growth into higher management roles by demonstrating leadership and a commitment to enhancing company culture.

● Other duties, as assigned.

About You

● Proven experience in warehouse operations or a similar role with a focus on item sorting and organization.

● Strong organizational and time management skills.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

● Ability to lead and motivate a team.

● A strong commitment to sustainability and community service.

● Ability to lift and carry heavy items (50 lbs. or more).

● Positive outlook and willingness to work hard.

● Eligible to work in the United States.

● Must be able to pass a federal background check and drug testing.

● Reliable transportation to and from work site at 4550 Jason Street, Denver CO, 80220.
