Job Title : Senior Technical Lead.

Location : Hyderabad.

Job Description :


As a Senior Technical Lead, you will be responsible for leading a technical team, ensuring the successful delivery of the product, and providing technical guidance and support throughout the product lifecycle.

You will collaborate with leadership to understand the product requirements and translate them into technical solutions which should be provided to the technical team in a documented manner.

Additionally, you will troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement best practices to optimize performance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

Leading Technical Team :

- Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing guidance and support to ensure successful product delivery.

- Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment, encouraging knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

- Preparing technical documentation and doing code reviews.

Product Experience :

- Oversee end-to-end product development and deployment, ensuring adherence to product timelines and requirements.

- Prepare technical design documents and participate in the development process, implementing best practices and standards.

- Act as a liaison between the technical team and requirements given by leadership, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project objectives.

Technical Expertise :

- Demonstrate proficiency in Java development, with hands-on experience in Selenium, building RESTful APIs and implementing Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment processes.

- Possess an understanding databases, and web servers, with experience in troubleshooting and resolving production issues.

- Familiarity with Git or other source control systems, including experience in code reviews and implementing coding standards.

Additional Skills :

- Experience with data modeling and UML, with the ability to design and optimize database structures.

- Knowledge of Spring Boot application development and front-end development experience using modern frameworks (Angular, React etc.) will be a plus point.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.

- Years of experience leading technical teams and delivering complex projects.

- Strong proficiency in Java development, REST APIs, and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment processes.

- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot issues and perform root cause analysis.

- Experience working with clients, managing expectations, and providing technical solutions.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
