Job DescriptionAre you a forward-thinking engineer with the expertise to make waves globally? Here's your chance to be part of our Splunk Observability (ITSI) project, spanning across EMEA countries as part of the ongoing Genesys Engage initiative.As a pivotal member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in our global-scaled project, focusing on the integration of Splunk Cloud for comprehensive observability. Your contributions will be instrumental in driving the success of our Genesys Engage project and ensuring seamless operations across multiple regions.Responsibilities:Design, develop, and implement Splunk Observability solution for a variety of data sources and use cases.Configure and customize Splunk dashboards, alerts, and reports to meet business requirements.Сonfigure KPI and alerts for Splunk observability monitoringCollaborate with other IT teams and stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop solutions to meet those needs.Maintain knowledge of industry best practices for Splunk integration and stay up-to-date with.Document design and implementation details, and provide training and support to end-users.
