The ideal candidate will collaborate with HR and IT teams to implement, configure, and optimize Success Factors modules, ensuring smooth employee lifecycle management.Key Responsibilities:• Implement and support Success Factors Onboarding 2.0 processes.• Work on integration with Recruiting (RCM) and Time Management.• Partner with HR stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions.• Configure, test, and deploy Success Factors modules as per business needs.• Provide support, troubleshooting, and enhancements post-implementation.• Ensure compliance with HR policies and system standards.Required Skills:• 4–8 years of hands-on experience in SAP Success Factors Onboarding 2.0.• Working knowledge of Recruiting (RCM) and Time Management.• Strong functional expertise in HR processes and workflows.• Experience in requirement gathering, configuration, and end-user support.• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.Must Have• Success Factors Onboarding Certification
