We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Inside Sales Executive to join our EdTech Admissions team. The role involves engaging with prospective learners and beneficiaries for Skill Development Programs and CSR Projects, guiding them through the admission process, and ensuring smooth enrollment. The candidate will play a vital role in achieving admission targets and contributing to the organization's mission of empowering youth through skill-based education.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate leads and convert them into admissions.
  • Counsel prospective candidates about available skill development programs and CSR initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate records of student inquiries, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly admission/enrollment targets.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure batch formation, attendance, and successful onboarding of candidates.
  • Build strong relationships with students, parents, and community representatives for smooth mobilization.
  • Coordinate with field mobilization teams to ensure quality lead flow.
  • Share timely updates on market trends, competitor activities, and challenges in mobilization.
  • Ensure adherence to organizational policies, compliance, and reporting formats.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in Marketing/HR preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in Inside Sales/Admissions/Tele-Counselling .
  • Prior experience in the EdTech, Training, or Skill Development sector will be preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹22,000.00 per month
